Leaving: The day before you leave, tell the person in reception. You must leave the pitch before 12:00hrs. An additional day will be charged if you leave after this time.

Reserving: a rental is reserved after we have received 30% of the total price of the stay as a deposit, plus 5 euros for non-deductible filing costs made out to EURL FLOBRIVAL and the completed reservation form.

Payment: The amount of the stay must be completely paid 30 days before your arrival No reduction will be authorized in the event of delayed arrival or of anticipated departure. By defect of payment 30 days before your arrival, the camp-site reserves the right of sonsidérer the reservation as cancelled.

Cancellation: One month before the stay, restitution of the amount of the down payments versed (except fresh) beyond the payment of the down payments remains sure with the camp-site.

Please Note: after 16:00hrs on the day set for arrival, except where customers have notified us that they will be late, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and campsite personnel may hire out the pitch and keep the amount paid by the customer.

Rules: all campers must respect the camping's house rules, set out on the notice at reception and handed to them on arrival. Failure to respect these rules will lead to immediate expulsion.

Deposit: a deposit of 500 euros will be requested from customers on arrival; if no problems have occurred, the deposit will be returned after the inspection on the day of departure. If there is a problem, the deposit will be returned after 15 days, minus the sum for the repair of the rental.

Equipment: all rentals are equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery, a fridge, garden room, all bedding, sheets not provided. The Lofts are equipped with a television and a microwave.
